St. Mark’s School: A Guided Campus Video Tour

Anne Benke, St. Mark’s School (Southborough, MA – 30 miles to the west of Boston) admission director, takes viewers on a summer tour of campus.

Ninety percent of every St. Mark’s student’s day occurs in the main building- meals, chapel, classes and all school meetings. The entire school gathers and shares meals or ideas (in school meeting of chapel) as a community six days weekly.

We see academic engagement through Harkness tables in humanities classrooms and requirements that lower form students (9th and 10th grades) play three interscholastic sports each year. Athletics, academics and extracurriculars offer opportunities for beginning and advanced students.

St. Mark’s is proud of its “triple threat” (teaching, dorm parenting, coaching) faculty that engages and stretches students throughout their St. Mark’s experience.
