A Chuck’s Corner View of Proctor Academy

Thirty three year Proctor Academy teacher, school historian, chief-blogger (Chuck’s Corner) and living institutional memory, Chuck Will takes viewers on a tour of Proctor campus highlights.

Viewers come to understand the inextricable links between Proctor’s mission and work with its students and its physical plant. Each building plays a role working to reinforce and support a conscious opportunity or lesson.

Chuck’s tour visits Proctor Pond, Alan Shepherd Boat House, Wilkins Meeting House, Carriage House-Eco Dorm, and the Fowler Learning Center. Seeing the interconnection between physical plant and work with students, establishes clearly that Proctor lives as an interconnected community fully dedicated to active participation- doing.
