History Of School

RMAA is a brand new boarding school that represents a unique collaboration between public and private entities. RMAA will begin operation in 2004 and will have its first students in the fall of 2004. Students at RMAA and the Silverton School approach learning by engaging in hands-on, real-life projects. Whether in school or on a field excursion, students are encouraged to explore the world with curiosity and vigor. During their 10 month stay, students enjoy: *comfortable accommodations *fine meals *continuous adult supervision *English language immersion *travel and adventure *exposure to culture and history *family style visits with local hosts *multi-day sightseeing trips *the benefits of a small school *scenery unrivaled in the US *outdoor mountain activities
